This site is a place for me to blog about my gaming interests and experiences. It also serves as a repository of various resources I created for http://www.sjgames.com/gurps“>GURPS, my favorite RPG. And finally, I write a lot of content (mostly news articles) for http://www.fantasy-hr.com“>Fantasy-HR, a Croatian online magazine that includes games among its topics. Here I’ll touch on some of those articles with brief (and not so brief) commentaries, and maybe even bring over the full scoop or translate the longer, interesting stuff if I feel like it.
The blog posts are divided into several categories for ease of navigation: Well of Thoughts includes my personal opinion about various game-related topics written when I feel inspired (read: rants) while Hear Ye, Hear Ye! is my take on recent gaming news as well as the place I’ll be putting game reviews. Let Me Tell You About My Character… contains stuff directly related to the games I run and play such as session reports and interesting experiences, while The Codex is intended as a repository of various gaming resources (house rules, guides, etc.). Those will also be available via the Resources menu for ease of navigation and indexing. Finally, From the Hamsters is for news related to the site itself.
I am pretty much new to blogging so I may not post very often, but we’ll see. In the meantime, dive right in!

Q: Are you aware that you have a typo in your domain name?
A: It’s not a typo. The Croatian word for “center” is actually “centar”. This domain has a history going back ten years or so, when it hosted a community for Croatian roleplayers. Things changed, and now it’s mine to use for my own nefarious purposes, harr harr.
Q: What’s that fine print at the bottom of the page?
A: It’s a notice for the crew that hanged out here when the domain still hosted the above-mentioned community. It’s in Croatian, in case you were wondering. Yes, Croatian geeks tend to occasionally use English words and phrases while otherwise talking in Croatian. It’s a badge of high geekness.
